A few questions you may have…

 1. Are you insured? Yes, we are insured.  However, it is our goal to minimize any damages that may occur to your property. 

 2. How much is a dumpster? 

The rental fee for our 17-yard dumpsters starts at $385.00 for up to 2 tons of material.  All of the rental fees are outlined in our rental agreements to include what materials cannot be accepted.  Additional charges that may accrue:

  • $80 per ton overage

  • $10 per extra day

  • $65 missed pick up fee

 3. How much is it to remove junk?

Junk removal starts at a minimum rate of $115 and goes up based on load amount.  We offer complimentary estimates with no hidden fees. 

 4. How do you accept payment? 

We accept most methods of payment such as personal check, credit card, Venmo and even cash.  In most cases, we will provide an invoice upon completion of the work which allows you the opportunity to pay right online. 

 5. What areas do you serve?

We are based out of Carroll County, Maryland.  Our service area is focused on the central Maryland region: Carroll, Frederick, Howard, parts of Baltimore Co and Montgomery Co.   

6. How long does it take? 

Junk removal, clean-outs and demolition work times vary based on the size of the project.  We will do our best to estimate an accurate timeframe for your convenience.  

 7. How do we commit to your services?

There are several ways to contact us.  You can book your appointment directly with us by using our online link or by contacting us directly.  We always encourage contacting us directly so we can discuss the specifics of your project.  You can also text or email pictures of your project which may aid in providing you an accurate quote.  We will do our best to schedule a timeframe that works best for our customers.

8. Is there anything we need to do in preparation of your services?

 For Dumpster Rentals:

Provide a clear path to your driveway or property

Try to select a flat area with plenty space

 Do not block access to the dumpster

 Do not overfill the dumpster

For Junk Removal / Clean-Outs:

Clearly mark the items you wish to have removed

If the items are inside, please provide clear access to the items

Ensure stairways are clear

Ensure items are accessible

Consider moving fragile items that may be in the path of the item(s) being removed

9. What happens if we need additional services once the project has started?

We can certainly work this out with the customer if this situation comes up.
